Cancellation and refund policy

Reschedule or cancel at no charge up to 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations inside 24 hours and no-shows are billed in full. If Six10 cancels, you receive a full refund or a new time, your choice. Refunds are returned to the original card within 5 to 10 business days. Questions about a payment: moneyer@six10ventures.com.
